Receiving Instructions

• Cookie dough ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place refrigerated or frozen dough on lined sheet with 3" between each cookie. Bake for 9–12 minutes. Check after 8 minutes as oven temperatures may vary.
• Cookies are done when centers are slightly puffed and edges look firm.

• Semisweet chocolate (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), organic enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), brown sugar, C&H granulated white sugar, eggs, cocoa, espresso powder, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
