• This spice comes from ripe limes grown on a family farm in Guatemala. They're dried in the sun until they oxidize, creating savory, tart flavor. A great alternative to lime juice or the makrut lime often used in southeast Asian dishes, this ground spice is delicious on roasted meat and vegetables and in stews.
• Burlap & Barrel sources its spices directly from farmer cooperatives and small farms.
