RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Components ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened bread pudding in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
- Store unopened sausage patties in freezer for up to 9 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
- Store unopened quiche and tartlets in freezer for up to 10 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
- Store unopened potatoes in freezer for up to 10 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 days.
CROISSANT BREAD PUDDING
Thawing Instructions
- Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Preparation Instructions
- Bread pudding is best enjoyed heated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove plastic wrap from tray and heat bread pudding in oven for 40–45 minutes.
APPLE & SAUSAGE PATTIES
Thawing Instructions
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Preparation Instructions
- Remove patties from plastic and set on baking sheet or plate until ready to prepare.
- In large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, add 1 Tbs. canola oil, vegetable oil or avocado oil.
- Place patties in pan and fry until browned on one side, approx. 2 minutes.
- Carefully flip patties and fry until browned on other side and cooked through, approx. 2 minutes more.
- Transfer patties to plate and serve.
ZUCCHINI PARMESAN QUICHE
Preparation Instructions
- Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
- Position rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Liberally spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or grease with butter or oil.
- Remove quiche from plastic packaging and paper liner and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Bake quiche for 30–35 minutes, or until warmed through and crust is golden brown.
- Transfer baking sheet to wire rack. Allow quiche to cool and set for 15–20 minutes.
- Slide quiche off baking sheet and onto cutting board. Slice and serve.
HERBY GOAT CHEESE TARTLETS
Preparation Instructions
- Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
- Position rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove tartlets from plastic packaging and place tray on baking sheet.
- Bake tartlets for 10–12 minutes, or until warmed through and crust is golden brown.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and place on wire cooling rack. Allow tartlets to cool for a few minutes before serving.
SMOKED PAPRIKA ROASTED POTATOES
Thawing Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Liberally spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or grease with butter or oil.
- Remove potatoes from packaging and spread evenly on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake potatoes for 20–25 minutes, or until warmed through, tossing halfway through baking time.
- Move oven rack to top position. Broil for 5 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Transfer potatoes to platter and serve.
- Test Kitchen Tip: For crispier potatoes, preheat baking sheet.
- Croissant Bread Pudding: Heavy cream (cream), croissants (enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, cultured butter [cream, natural flavors (lactic acid, starter distillate)], sugar, yeast, less than 2% of: nonfat milk, salt, ascorbic acid, enzymes), mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), whole milk (whole milk, vitamin D3), egg yolks (egg yolks, citric acid), sugar, pure vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol [35%]), mandarin zest, cinnamon.
