• Everything is more fun with ice cream – and the easiest way to whip up a batch is with our all-natural, coconut-flavored starter. Just mix it with half-and-half and heavy cream, pour it into an ice cream maker and freeze. You can also combine the time-saving blend with coconut milk for a plant-based treat.

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. See best before date on packaging.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package ice cream starter (included)
• 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

• In a large bowl, whisk together ice cream starter and half-and-half until starter has completely dissolved, approx. 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
• Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer ice cream to chilled container, cover and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 3 days. Makes approx. 1 quart.
• Test Kitchen Tip: For more coconut flavor, use coconut milk instead of half-and-half. For vegan option, use coconut milk instead of half-and-half and heavy cream. Make sure to vigorously shake coconut milk before using – this will help fat incorporate with liquid.
