Why We Love It

• Oregano fans will love our single-origin buds, with their bright, zesty notes and spicy, hoppy twist. Grown in Denizli, Turkey, they're hand picked just before they flower to retain their fragrant, herbal flavor. The buds are delicious crumbled into salad dressings, sprinkled over pasta or added to meat marinades. They're created in partnership with Burlap & Barrel, a small company that sources its spices directly from farmer cooperatives and small farms.
