Receiving Instructions

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 9 months.

Thawing Instructions

• Place frozen croissants, rounded side up, on nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Let thaw at room temperature for approx. 30 minutes or until no longer frozen.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat conventional oven to 375°F or convection oven to 350°F. Bake until golden brown, approx. 18–20 minutes.
• Bake to minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
• Let cool before serving.

• Dough: Enriched, unbleached, unbromated flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (pasteurized cream, lactic acid, starter distillate), water, cane sugar, yeast, salt, nonfat milk powder, dough conditioner (wheat gluten, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, xylanase [enzyme], alpha-amylase [enzyme]), wheat gluten, egg (whole eggs, citric acid, water).
• Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla flavor.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with tree nuts (almonds, pecans).
