Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen Brussel Sprouts, Set of 2

Spend more time celebrating and less time in the kitchen this holiday season. Inspired by traditional favorites, these sweet and savory Brussels sprouts are crafted by our in-house Test Kitchen using the finest fresh ingredients. The vegetables are cut by hand and lightly roasted, then tossed with dried cranberries and red onions in a honey-orange glaze. Prep is simple – just heat and serve.

• 2 trays; 1 lb. 12 oz. (7 servings each).
• Easy to prepare – just remove from freezer and heat in oven.
• Shipped frozen.

Receiving Instructions

• Brussels sprouts ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on sheet pan.
• Cook for 40 minutes, then remove foil and bake for additional 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 135°F as measured by instant-read thermometer.
• Let rest for 5–10 minutes, remove foil and serve.

• Brussels sprouts, honey, orange juice, sweetened dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), onions, cornstarch, salt, reduced-sodium soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, lactic acid, less than 1/10 of 1% of sodium benzoate [preservative]), canola oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, thyme.
