Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen Gravy

Designed to save you time at the holidays, this hearty gravy is created by our in-house Test Kitchen using the finest fresh ingredients. The smooth sauce is enriched with butter, cream and chicken stock, and seasoned with garlic, sage and spices. It's delicious with turkey, chicken and mashed potatoes. Prep is simple – just thaw, heat and serve.

Receiving Instructions

• Gravy ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Pour in saucepan and warm over medium heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring continuously until sauce reaches 168°F as measured by instant-read thermometer.

• Water, onion, chicken stock (chicken bones, water, carrots, onion, celery), turkey gravy mix (modified food starch, maltodextrin, palm oil, enriched bleached flour [wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], salt, corn syrup solids, contains less than 2% of: turkey, chicken fat, onion powder, garlic powder, spices, sugar, nonfat milk, natural flavors, artificial flavors, turmeric, soy flour, soy lecithin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein [corn, soy], dextrose, autolyzed yeast extract, soy protein concentrate, sodium caseinate [milk], wheat gluten, medium chain triglycerides, mono- and diglycerides, torula yeast, monosodium glutamate, color added, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), unsalted butter (cream, natural flavor), white wine (white wine, salt, malic acid, caramel color, potassium metabisulfite [preservative], potassium sorbate [preservative]), carrots, celery, granulated garlic, salt, sage, black pepper.
