These handmade potato chips offer the sophistication of a cheese pairing yet require no refrigeration. Each flavor is crafted to pair with a specific wine, from light whites to full-bodied reds. Produced in small batches in Southern California, the savory snacks are made from locally grown potatoes that are lattice cut into slices much thicker than the average chip for a satisfying crunch. This collection includes three popular varieties featuring premium salt from around the world. Each one arrives in a portable tube and makes a great hostess gift.

• Sel Gris: Features delicate French sea salt and a splash of tart lemon to pair perfectly with Champagne, cava or prosecco. (3 oz.)
• Hawaiian Red Sea Salt: Features a sweet and savory flavor that's ideal with fruit-forward whites and sparkling wine. (3 oz.)
• Black Lava Jalapeño: Features fine black lava salt, a dash of heat, and hints of garlic and onion. Enjoy these chips with Riesling, Pinot Noir and medium-bodied reds. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Wine chips ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in airtight container and enjoy within 2 weeks.
