
Banana Cream Pie-ish Dip
Fantasizing about banana cream pie but no time to bake one? Try this dreamy dessert, which boasts all the rich flavors of the original in a dip-able form. And best of all, it comes together in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 box (3 oz./90 g) instant banana cream pudding mix
- 2 cups (16 fl. oz./500 ml) heavy cream
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 8 oz. (250 g) thawed Cool Whip or chilled whipped cream
- Sliced bananas for serving
- Vanilla wafers or graham crackers for serving
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, heavy cream and vanilla until smooth, then whisk in the Cool Whip. Eat right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, top with sliced bananas. Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers for dipping. Serves 6 to 12.
