
Blueberry-Yogurt Smoothie
Quick and easy to make, this drink is packed with protein, thanks to the addition of our smoothie mixer that includes four nutrient-rich whole foods: hemp, cacao, lucuma and maca.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 Tbs. agave nectar
- 2 Tbs. protein smoothie mixer
Directions:
In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, blueberries, bananas, agave nectar and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 5 cups.
