Ingredients:
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 slices grapefruit
- 1 Meyer lemon, cut into slices
- 1 tsp. Nielsen-Massey Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. 5-Pepper Blend Peppercorns
- 8 cups (64 fl. oz./1.9l) water
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, combine the thyme, grapefruit, lemon, vanilla and peppercorns. Cover with water and bring to a simmer over low heat. Continue to simmer, uncovered, for up to 2 hours.
