This frosty, sparkling cocktail is infused with a little heat, so its sure to warm arriving guests. For a little more heat, add a splash of pepper-flavored vodka.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, cranberry juice and raspberry liqueur. Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Put the peppercorns in a chilled tall Champagne tumbler or cocktail glass and pour the cocktail into the glass. Top off with soda water, garnish with the mint sprig and serve.
