Sweet Sunshine Warming Latte
Dairy- and caffeine-free, this warming drink is a healthy way to mix up your morning coffee routine. If you don’t want to get out your blender, you can add all the ingredients to the warmed milk in the saucepan, omitting the bee pollen, and whisk together until frothy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8 fl. oz./250 ml) coconut milk or other dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp. Be Well by Kelly “Be Sweet” seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. maca root powder (optional)
- Small pinch of bee pollen (optional)
- Ground Ceylon cinnamon for dusting
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender and add the Be Sweet seasoning blend, ginger, maca root powder and bee pollen. Blend until fully combined, smooth and frothy.
Pour into a mug and dust with the cinnamon. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
