Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 7 minutes
Servings: 4

Quality beef, a savory seasoning, melted cheese, crisp vegetables and any one of our flavorful burger sauces add up to the ultimate burger. Serve these loaded burgers with plenty of napkins alongside. These burgers can also be prepared on an outdoor grill, adding a few minutes to the cooking time and turning the patties over halfway through the cooking time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb. (750 g) ground beef, preferably ground chuck
  • 3 Tbs. Ultimate Burger Seasoning
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, each about 1 oz. (30 g)
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • Lettuce leaves, dill pickle slices and tomato slices for serving
  • Burger Bomb Sauce for serving

Directions:

Preheat a Breville panini press and grill on the sear setting. Put the meat in a bowl and mix in the burger seasoning. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Place the burgers on the panini press and lower the top plate. Cook until medium-rare, 4 to 6 minutes, or to your desired doneness, raising the top plate and placing a slice of cheese on top of each burger during the last minute of cooking. Transfer to a platter.

Brush the cut sides of the buns with butter. Place the buns, cut side down, on the panini press and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute. Place the burgers on the bottom buns and top with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. Drizzle with sauce, cover with the top half of the buns and serve immediately. Serves 4.
