Our Fourth of July menu puts a delicious new twist on some all-American favorites. From the appetizer through dessert, the entire meal is prepared on a backyard grill. Now that is something to celebrate!
Begin with nachos topped with spicy chorizo sausage, refried beans and two kinds of cheeses. The main course, a whole chicken seasoned with chili and fresh lime, cooks to juicy perfection, thanks to the use of a vertical roaster. Ears of corn cook right along with the bird in the base of the roaster. Grilled potato salad tossed with crispy bacon and a piquant mustard vinaigrette rounds out the meal. And for dessert, impress your guests with rich chocolate brownies baked on the grill.
