La Cornue Green Stoves

Williams Sonoma has multiple La Cornue stoves from which to choose. The CornuFé 90 Albertine range is one option. It has five burners; one is a simmer burner that adjusts from 600 to 6,000 BTUs for gentle melting of butter and chocolate. The center burner has 17,500 BTUs, while the other three burners have 12,000 BTUs. There are seven oven functions, with which you can defrost, bake, roast and broil. A bottom storage drawer lets you keep your cookware and kitchen tools close at hand.
